Please read all the information below: 

 

Your item is ready for postage once payment to account has been confirmed. All post is registered and a tracking number will be supplied to you. As the weight and size of parcels do vary we reserve the right to send the item by the appropriate method at the best cost to our customer.  

 

Breakable items and over 1kg are sent by courier and you will be notified of the cost. Should the amount received not meet our costs we will notify you so that other arrangements can be made.

Collection can be made by arrangement from 11 Van Der Stel rd, KensingtonB. Please sms 0823369505 to make arrangement

 

Directions are

 

Take republic towards sandton. Turn left onto main rd and continue past the police station. Then you will come to frere..turn right.. left into milner..right into van der stel. Or

 

take William Nicol offramp and turn towards randburg not montecasino. Carry on with the road until it forks (stay in the right lane) take the right fork. You will come to sandton clinic on the left at a robot, go through, at the next robot turn right, go with that road until you get to Brompton and turn left, the 3rd road is van der stel, turn left. We are number 11

Our office hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. On Tuesdays please do not call as I will only answer sms's due to being in meetings the whole day.

We only post items on a Tuesday and after the amount due reflects in our account (in order for it to reflect please do your eft by Monday). Please do understand that we are human and do not work 24 hrs a day. When you pay into our account an sms will be sent to us reflecting your payment so you need not fax proof of payment.

 

Note that once the item has been posted or couriered our company cannot be held accountable for them. If there is a problem please take a photo that we can submit to the person concerned on your behalf and try to claim  compensation.  We will need the packaging and photo and anything else associated with the claim for a successful payout so please hang on to them.

 

Failure to collect posted items : The onus is on the buyer to collect items, from the post office. We will send you your tracking number, which you then take to the post office,  9 days after it has been received, remember to take your ID and to sign for the item.As we up held our portion of the deal by posting the item we cannot be expected to refund you the cost or initial postage of the item if you fail to collect.

 

Please refrain from using BidorBuy rating system as a form of communication for undelivered items. Please contact me if your items has not arrived  in 9 days and you have checked the tracking number on the SAPO website. Remember unjustified ratings can backfire.

 

All items are packed at best.

Due to the high cost of postage we suggest that you accumulate your purchases over a 14 days from Collectors Online and we will post all items in one parcel/shipment. If you choose to do this PLEASE let us know and please pay for each item as you accumulate. I will gladly combine shipping when safely possible. Combined shipping charges are usually R2-R5 more per item depending on weight & size. You will receive a statement for each item or group of items closing that week.

 Items not paid for within 30 days will be considered unsold and will be returned to stock. Non payment of items within 7 days will result in a SNC being filled with Bid or Buy in order to keep the account open for another 7 days. If you account is not settled it will result in a black face on your rating.

 

Non-collection: We will hold the item for 3 months after receiving payment after which it will be re-listed for sale.

 

 Please put as your reference, on the your transfer the  item (number)/bidorbuy (number) so that we can send you the correct item. Anything else delays the posting of your item as we don't know what you are paying for.

The majority of my items come directly from local Estate Sales, Auctions, Yard Sales and Antique Stores. I am not an expert, but honestly describe all items to the best of my knowledge. All items are thoroughly inspected before being listed. Some are shipped as they were purchased(I.e. Not cleaned or polished). I pack all items with great care. Please understand that I can not be responsible for items that may become damaged during shipping. Shipping insurance is optional and covers merchandise damaged in transit. It only covers the cost of the item, not shipping costs. All sales are final unless there is a mistake I made in the listing. I take pride in my online business and will do my best to make each customer happy with their purchase.
